Please submit to only one agent at the agency at a time.

Sam Stoloff and Ellen Geiger are not accepting unsolicited queries.

Caroline Eisenmann is currently closed to queries.

Roz Foster is currently closed to queries.

Alison Lewis is not accepting unsolicited queries for fiction and memoir.

Ayla Zuraw-Friedland is closed to queries through March 1st, 2026.

Lucy Cleland is currently closed to submissions for memoir, fantasy, and science fiction. Please note Lucy does not accept queries for romantasy, erotica, YA/MG/Children's, cookbooks, or graphic novel.

For fiction, memoir, essays, or narrative nonfiction, please send a query letter and the first 10-15 pages in the body of your email.

For all other nonfiction (e.g. history, biography, technology, etc.), please send a query letter. If you have a proposal prepared, please send it as an attachment. Word is preferred but not required.

We are not able to respond personally to everyone who sends their material to us, much as we would like to. If you don’t hear from an agent within 6 weeks, it means they feel they’re not the right fit for your work.
